It is a carbamate group insecticide with contact, systemic and stomach action. It contains 500 grams of Cartap Hydrochloride as active ingredient per kg.
How does Cartap 50% SP work ?
It is an insecticide with contact, stomach and flow action. Being a systemic (flowing) insecticide, it easily moves inside the plant. It is flowable and translaminar in nature, so the crop field will be completely free of harmful insects. Within a short time of spraying, it enters the plant and poisons the plant. As a result, the insects die of poisoning as soon as they chew the sap from stem and leaves.

এটি স্পর্শক, পাকস্থলীয় ও প্রবাহমান ক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন কীটনাশক। সিস্টেমিক(প্রবাহমান) কীটনাশক হওয়ায় এটি সহজেই গাছের ভিতর চলাচল করে।এটি একাধারে প্রবাহমান,ও ট্রান্সলেমিনার গুনসম্পন্ন হওয়ায় ফসলের ক্ষেত হবে সম্পুর্নভাবে ক্ষতিকর পোকামুক্ত।স্প্রে করার অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে গাছের ভিতরে ঢুকে গাছকে বিষাক্ত করে। ফলে পোকামাকড় কাণ্ড ও পাতা চিবিয়ে রস খাওয়ার সাথে সাথেই বিষক্রিয়ায় মারা যায়।
